Many districts and schools are considering or are engaging in some level of equity work in an effort to improve equitable opportunities, access, and outcomes for all students.

 

VSBA will be offering a shared virtual space for board chairs to share their own stories; discuss challenges and success with other board chairs; and consult with Insight Education Group, a consultancy group with expertise in implementation of equity initiatives

 

This opportunity is a part of the Vermont Community Foundation's Welcoming, Equitable and Antiracist Communities Recovery Initiative and in collaboration with the Vermont Superintendents Association and the Vermont Principals’ Association.
