Resolutions

Resolutions are positions taken by the association on issues of importance to Vermont school boards.  They may include recommendations for action by the VSBA, local school boards, the Legislature, the Executive Branch of Vermont government, or other decision making bodies. 

 

Member school boards may propose resolutions for adoption by submitting them to the Resolutions Committee. The Resolutions Committee is comprised of the vice-president and one representative from each region. This committee will solicit and recommend positions to the board of directors for action by membership at the association's annual meeting.
