VSBA Cancellation Policy

Conferences and One-Time Trainings

​

Any conference or one-time training registration canceled 60 or fewer calendar days before the first day of the event will result in a charge of 50% of the full registration rate. Except registrations canceled within 15 days of the first day of the event will result in a charge of 100% of the registration fee.

No exceptions will be made. A registration may be transferred to another individual up to 24 hours before the event. 

VSBA is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by attendees that are associated with the program.

 

Year-Long Programs

​

Any registration of individuals for VSBA year-long programs have a grace period of 7 days for cancellation after the registration period has closed. A cancellation after the 7 days will result in a charge of 100% of the registration rate.

No exceptions will be made. A registration may be transferred to another individual up to 24 hours before the program start date.
