VSBA Board of Directors

The VSBA Board of Directors is responsible for oversight of the organization. It assures that the association has a clear vision and goals, is fulfilling its mission, is fiscally sound and has a strong connection with the membership. For organizational purposes, the state is divided into eleven regions, with two representatives from each region.

The board of directors generally meets the second Wednesday of the month (except October and July). Information from past board meetings may be found here.
