Introduction:
The VSBA is engaging in the process of reviewing and updating its strategic plan. This work starts with the beliefs, vision, and mission and ends with strategies and outcomes/indicators.

Note: If there are any proposed changes to the VSBA vision or mission, the VSBA Membership will vote on those proposed changes at the Annual Meeting on October 15th.

Review current beliefs, vision, mission and goals. Consider what the VSBA should continue, amend, delete. What are the 3-5 year priorities, what’s working - what isn’t.
Complete a brief member survey to help inform upcoming Board discussions and goal development to ensure that we serve our members and Vermont's students and communities.
Provide feedback to our strategic planning consultant during Office Hours with Dave on Wednesday, May 27.
Drop in to any of these virtual sessions held at three times during the day.
